This tea was created to support women’s beautiful bodies naturally with important vitamins and minerals such as calcium and magnesium. It can help to reduce heavy bleeding, cramping, pain and body aches while balancing your hormones during PMS. This tea is to be had daily at least a week before your moon cycle for best results.
