Traditional Fire Cider is a well-known healing remedy made popular in the 70's by pioneer herbalist, Rosemary Gladstar It begins with an apple cider vinegar base, plus an array of other immune-boosting ingredients. We will learn the benefits of each ingredient offered, applications and how to make your own Fire Cider to take home with you. You can choose to make it CBD-infused if you’d like!

We will also be making our own elderberry syrup! Learn the many ways Elderberry can be medicinally beneficial for you and your loved ones as we move through the cold+flu season!
