Spirit of the Herbs Bone Health Herbal Tea was inspired and formulated to support our dear friend, Monika, when she broke her elbow joint in June 2021.

Each herb in this tisane was specifically selected to help give the body the nutrient boost that it needs while reducing inflammation and supporting general bone health. This tisane is bursting with nutrients and contains silica. Silica is an anti-inflammatory recommended for soothing inflammation in the connective tissues of joints, muscles, blood vessels, skin, and other organs. For best results, drink as an overnight infusion.

Recommended for those suffering from osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, broken bones, injuries, and those involved in accidents.

Ingredients: Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), oatstraw (Avena sativa), horsetail (Equisetum arvense), red clover (Trifolium pratense), Rose petals (Rosa centifolia) & spearmint leaf (Mentha spicata). Naturally caffeine-free. Contains no CBD.
