Why should I sign up for the “newsletter”?
By providing your email to receive our newsletter, you will be the first to hear about our newest products, our most current sales, and read about our latest news! To become a part of our herbal community, scroll to the bottom of this page and enter your email in the newsletter field. Email us at spiritoftheherbs@gmail.com for more help. By setting up an account and providing your email, you will also receive all of your order confirmations, tracking number and shipping updates. 

Can I make a change to an order I already placed?
Absolutely! We understand that stuff happens. Simply email us as soon as possible at spiritoftheherbs@gmail.com with your order number and any questions or changes that need to be made. For additional charges accrued from order changes (items added or higher priced items), you will receive a secure payment link to the email you provided. Once the additional charges have been paid, we will send the order. 
If the order has already been sent, you may be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs. 

Why didn't anyone answer my phone call?
We apologize for missing your call. Being that we are a small business run by only 5 people, we are not always available to answer the phone. We do our absolute best to respond within 24 hours which is why we ask that our clients always leave a detailed message so we can get back to them asap. Please leave your name, the best number to reach you at, and a little bit about why you are calling.

How quickly will my purchase ship?
Most of our orders are sent out within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

If you ever need an item by a certain date, please contact us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What shipping method does Spirit of the Herbs use?
We ship our packages via USPS. Please provide an email address to receive your order confirmation, tracking number and delivery updates. 

Does Spirit of the Herbs ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship Internationally. If you do not see a shipping option for you, please email us at spiritoftheherbs@gmail.com for more details and rates. 

*Any VAT/customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Does Spirit of the Herbs make custom orders?
We love to customize products that meet our clients desires and/or needs. Here at Spirit of the Herbs, one of our main missions is to nourish and support all beings. Please email us at spiritoftheherbs@gmail.com with your custom order requests or questions on anything we make or do not make yet. We love formulating and catering to your needs!

How can I do a collaboration with Spirit of the Herbs?
We welcome collaborations with all kinds of artists, designers, companies, etc! Please use our contact form to get in touch with us and let’s chat!

What’s that "matter"?!
Sometimes you may see something floating in your body oil or “sediment” at the bottom of your salve. Worry not! Being that we believe in using the
wise-woman folk method, all of our oils are strained by hand. Due to the fact that we do not use heavy machinery, small herb particles can still make their way through the cloth and can end up in the bottom of a product you may have. This is normal and proves evident that each and every one of our products are handmade by herbalists <3 

How do I share my experience or love for Spirit of the Herbs products? 
Each product on our website has a link that gives you the opportunity to leave a review right on that particular product page. You can also share your experiences and stories about our product(s) via Google review as well as on the review page on our Facebook. We implore you to share us and our products on your social media stories and pages. Please feel free to “tag” us, we love to share what y’all have to say about our products too!

How can I carry Spirit of the Herbs in my shop?

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

How will my Spirit of the Herbs purchase show up on my bank statement?
Your purchase will be processed as SpiritoftheEarth.

Does Spirit of the Herbs offer gift cards? 
We do! Please click here to get you there.

Why haven’t I received my gift card yet? 
Please check the email address provided during the time of the order. If you are unable to locate it, please email us at spiritoftheherbs@gmail.com and we will look into it for you. 

What is Spirit of the Herbs cancellation/return policy?
We hope that everyone is absolutely in love with their Spirit of the Herbs products! However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with a photo of the products. We will do our best to make it right! 

Any returned items must come back in the same matter they were sent, completely unused and unopened. Please understand that any shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Keep in mind that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Only the subtotal plus tax of the order will be refunded upon the arrival of the returned product(s).  

We are not responsible for and cannot be held liable for packages after they are marked delivered by USPS. If your package has no movement OR is more than 14 days late, please email us at spiritoftheherbs@gmail.com and we will do our best to find a solution :) 

Will your products cure my ailments? 
As much as we believe in the miracles of our products, we can not make any claims about Spirit of the Herbs products curing anything. The only declaration we can go by are the stories and testimonies given to us by our clients and our own personal experiences.
