Absolutely! We understand that stuff happens. Simply email us as soon as possible at spiritoftheherbs@gmail.com with your order number and any questions or changes that need to be made. For additional charges accrued from order changes (items added or higher priced items), you will receive a secure payment link to the email you provided. Once the additional charges have been paid, we will send the order. If the order has already been sent, you may be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.
We apologize for missing your call. Being that we are a small business run by only 5 people, we are not always available to answer the phone. We do our absolute best to respond within 24 hours which is why we ask that our clients always leave a detailed message so we can get back to them asap. Most of our orders are sent out within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

Sometimes you may see something floating in your body oil or “sediment” at the bottom of your salve. Worry not! Being that we believe in using the wise-woman folk method, all of our oils are strained by hand. Due to the fact that we do not use heavy machinery, small herb particles can still make their way through the cloth and can end up in the bottom of a product you may have. This is normal and proves evident that each and every one of our products are handmade by herbalists <3
Each product on our website has a link that gives you the opportunity to leave a review right on that particular product page. We hope that everyone is absolutely in love with their Spirit of the Herbs products! However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with a photo of the products. We will do our best to make it right!
Any returned items must come back in the same matter they were sent, completely unused and unopened. Please understand that any shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer.
Keep in mind that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Only the subtotal plus tax of the order will be refunded upon the arrival of the returned product(s).
We are not responsible for and cannot be held liable for packages after they are marked delivered by USPS. If your package has no movement OR is more than 14 days late, please email us at spiritoftheherbs@gmail.com and we will do our best to find a solution :)
As much as we believe in the miracles of our products, we can not make any claims about Spirit of the Herbs products curing anything. The only declaration we can go by are the stories and testimonies given to us by our clients and our own personal experiences.
